The Silver Alert issued Sunday for a Mountain Home man has been de-activated. 75-year-old Billy Blaine Miller was found safe in Jonesboro Monday where he was involved in an accident. An employee at the hospital in Jonesboro saw the alert for Miller and notified the Baxter County Sheriff’s office.
