A man from Norfork was arrested by the Izard County Sheriff’s department last week. 40-year-old Clayton Moore was arrested for resisting arrest, second degree battery on a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of a controlled substance fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
