A Mountain Grove man is being held in Greene County without bond after his arrest Friday afternoon. 54-year-old Tommy Tuttle was arrested for being a fugitive from Florida, felony parole violation warrants with an original charge of two counts of carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of possession of precursor chemicals.
