A third man has been arrested in a sting in Shannon County targeting child predators. 34-year-old Martin Kester was arrested for attempting to meet for sex with a 13-year-old girl. Kester is charged with felony enticement of a child. His bond was set at $50,000 cash only. Kester is third man arrested in the Shannon County Sting, Jefferson Rippe of Springfield and Richard Holford of Birch Tree were arrested earlier in the sting that involved a group of truckers called Truckers Against Predators.
