Federal legislation that would require Duck Boats to remove canopies has stalled on Capitol Hill. Senator Josh Hawley who sponsored the bill says the bill is stuck in the commerce committee.
Hawley’s bill also requires Duck Boats to be equipped to stay afloat in the event of flooding. The Bill is in response to the 2018 Duck Boat accident on Table Rock lake.
