The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a man from Oxley in Ripley County last night. 24-year-old Caleb House was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no insurance. House was taken to Ripley County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
