A woman from Alton is being held in the Thayer Jail after she was extradited from the Stone County Sheriff’s Department. 40 year old Kelly Sheppard was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for failure to appear on charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, felony possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, felony keeping or maintaining a public nuisance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety.
