Two Alton Men have been arrested on drug charges. According to reports, 24-year-old Andrew James Wilkerson and 31-year-old Kevin James Ruth were both arrested and charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon by possessing a weapon and a controlled substance. Their bonds were set at $10,000 each.
