A Mountain Home man who was killed Tuesday morning in Hollister has now been identified. Police say 50-year-old Joey Ray Horn was killed when he was hit by a tractor trailer on highway 65 early Tuesday morning. Police say that Horn entered the roadway from the median and the trucker had no time to react.
