A man from Oklahoma has been arrested in Carter County on felony charges. 25-year-old Cameron Kennedy from Duncan Oklahoma was arrested by the Highway Patrol on charges of felony tampering with a motor vehicle, felony unlawful possession of a firearm and for speeding. He was taken to the Shannon County jail and placed on a 14-hour hold.
