A man from Illinois was injured in a Motorcycle accident Monday afternoon in Shannon County. The Highway Patrol reports that 67 year old Melvin Jones of Jerseyville Illinois suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the motorcycle he was riding. Jones was taken to OMC in West Plains. The accident happened on highway 19, about 19 miles North of Eminence.
