North Arkansas Electric Cooperative will have a planned outage for members served by the Brockwell and Pineville substations beginning at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24. The outage is necessary for personnel to perform transmission maintenance safely. It is expected to last fewer than 15 minutes and will affect 3,000 member accounts in and around Bandmill, Brockwell, Calico Rock, Culp, Mount Olive, Newburg, Optimus, Oxford, Pineville and Wideman. Affected members will receive an automated call at the number NAEC has on file Wednesday morning. They may call NAEC at 870-895-3221 with any questions.
