The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from St Charles Tuesday evening in Howell County. 56-year-old Kerwin Scott was arrested for felony resisting arrest, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony DWI, felony no valid license, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor traffic violations for speeding, failure to affix plates and no seat belt. He was taken to the Howell County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
