A man from Miller was injured in an accident Wednesday afternoon in Douglas County. According to the Highway Patrol report, 64-year-old Larry Stumpff suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the big truck he was driving. Stumpff was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Rt 5 about 6 miles north of Ava.
