A Rural Mountain Home Man Was Arrested On Felony Drug Charges

A rural Mountain Home man has been arrested on felony drug charges. The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 39-year-old Gerald Phillip Morris. Morris is charged with felony possession of meth with the purpose to deliver, felony possession of marijuana with the purpose to deliver, 3 counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 2 felony bench warrants for failure to appear and he will also be charged as a habitual offender. His bond was set at $35,000 on the new charges and he is being held without bond for the failure to appear charges.
