The Izard County Sheriff’s office is reporting the arrest on a man from Calico Rock for allegedly breaking into vehicles and stealing purses, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. 37-year-old John Wayne Morgan was arrested and charged with 4 counts of felony breaking or entering, three counts of felony financial/nonfinancial identity fraud, 3 counts of felony duty to register or verify registration generally, and 3 counts of felony theft of property. Morgan is also charged as a habitual offender. Morgan is being held without bond
