A man from Melbourne Arkansas has been arrested in White County. 24-year-old Kenneth Allen III was arrested last week on a warrant for theft of property. He was taken to Izard County jail. Allen allegedly stole a vehicle from a residence in Mount Pleasant on September 20th. Allen will be in court October 28th.
