Two Koshkonong residents were arrested Saturday on felony Oregon County charges. 36-year-old Jamie Sue Graham was arrested for felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony first degree assault, felony armed criminal action and two counts of felony abuse or neglect of a child. She is being held without bond in Thayer jail. 41-year-old Randolph Earl Graham was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of felony first degree property damage and failure to appear on a charge of misdemeanor stealing. Randolph Graham also face charges in Greene County for two counts of second-degree domestic assault and first degree tampering with a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
