A Baxter County man who has a history of run-ins with the law is in trouble again. 41-year-old Clayton Robert Moore of Norfork was arrested on two warrants in Baxter County after bonding out of jail in Izard County. He is charged with residential burglary, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, breaking or entering a structure and criminal mischief. He will be back in court November 5th. Moore’s bonds were $5,000.
