A juvenile and two adults have been cited for animal abuse in Randolph County. No names have been released yet, but according to reports the juvenile posted a video where the juvenile was given a taser by an adult and then the juvenile stunned a dog. The juvenile was cited for cruel mistreatment of an animal. The two adults were cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The incident happened on highway 251 outside of Pocahontas
