A Carter County man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to child molestation. 29-year-old Michael Benton Chilton of Ellsinore pleaded guilty to one count of 4th degree molestation of a child younger than 17, one count of 3rd degree molestation of a child younger than 14 and two counts of giving drugs to someone younger than 17. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
