The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports several arrests. 40-year-old Patrick Aaron Dodson of West Plains was arrested on federal charges for first degree drug trafficking. He is being held without bond. 33-year-old Joshua Lee Albarado of West Plains was arrested second degree assault on a special victim and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $25,000. 61-year-old Douglas Eugene Cotter of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear for probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance and DWI. His bond was set at $7,500. 28-year-old Paul Jordan Driskell of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500. Russell Dean Spence of west Plains was arrested for second degree domestic assault. He was released on $5,000 bond.
