A Salesville teen has been arrested on first degree murder charges in the shooting death of a man in Lone Rock. According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s office, 17 year-old Baxter Morrell Stowers allegedly shot and killed 41-year-old Jeremy Wayne Alman at a residence on county road 111 in Lone Rock Monday afternoon. Stowers is charged with first degree murder. He is being charged as an adult and held on $200,000 bond. Stowers will be in court October 16th.
