The Second of two inmates who escaped the Shannon County Jail has now been captured. Monday morning, 20-year-old Hunter Vest was arrested at a residence on highway 21 in Ripley County. On September 27th, Vest and another inmate, Cameron Kennedy attacked a jailer and escaped. Kennedy was caught a short time later but Vest has remained on the run until Monday morning.
