Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 54 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 979. Currently, there are 192 known active cases in Howell County. Of these 192, 18 are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. Of the new cases 46 reside in West Plains, 1 live in Mountain View, 3 live in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Kosh and 3 live in Caulfield.

The Oregon County Health Department reports four additional cases of COVID-19 in the county. This brings the year to date total to one hundred and ninety-three cases. Currently, there are sixty-three known active cases in the county. Three of today’s cases had a known exposure to a positive person. One of them is thought to be community acquired or no known contact.

The MDHSS reported on Tuesday that there were 1,165 new COVID 19 cases in the state with 26 new deaths, bringing the YTD totals to 134,583 cases and 2,200 deaths.

Tuesday the ADH reported there were 641 new COVID 19 cases in the state with 22 new deaths, bringing the YTD totals to 88,071 cases and 1,469 deaths.

 

Locally there have been 112 cases in Carter County, 232 in Douglas County, 979 in Howell County, 193 in Oregon County, 139 in Ozark County, 145 in Ripley County, 147 in Shannon County, 392 in Texas County, and 440 in Wright County.

In Arkansas locally there have been 411 cases in Baxter County, 204 in Fulton County, 1,232 in Independence County, 272 in Izard County, 501 in Lawrence County, 109 in Marion County, 484 in Randolph County, 258 in Sharp County and 375 in Stone County.
