A man from Stuttgart was arrested Saturday in Izard County for burglary. 39-year-old Blake Bisbee allegedly told homeowners at a residence in Sylamore that he was hiking and lost his back pack and asked to use their phone. One of the homeowners went inside to get her cell phone but could not find it, when they called the cell phone it started ringing in Bisbee’s pocket. Law enforcement was then called and other items belonging the homeowners were found on Bisbee. He is charged with residential burglary, and theft of property. His bond was set at $20,000.
