A woman from St Louis was injured in an accident north of Summersville Wednesday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says that 68-year-old Deborah Lawson suffered moderate injuries when she skidded off the road, struck an embankment and overturned the car she was driving. Lawson was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on highway 17 about 4 miles north of Summersville.
