A man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway Patrol Thursday morning on felony drug charges. 29-year-old Devin Swigert was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and two Ripley County warrants for failure to appear. Swigert was taken to the Ripley County Jail.
