A Woman from Houston faces felony charges. 43-year-old Angela Briggs was charged with resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony. Briggs allegedly ran from police in August and she was told to stop that she was under arrest. She was charged with the new offense last week. Her bond was set at $250,000.
