The Missouri State Highway patrol reports the arrest of a man from Seymour Sunday afternoon in Douglas County. 43-year-old Jason Roper was arrested on felony Douglas County warrants, and for possession of a controlled substance, and for felony no valid operator license third offense. He was taken to the Douglas County jail.
