A Winona woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday morning in Birch Tree. The Highway Patrol reports that 42-year-old Billy Carrell suffered moderate injuries when the vehicle she was driving was hit by a vehicle driven by 47-year-old Gaylon Harper of Bunker. Carrell was taken to OMC in West Plains. The accident happened on U.S. 60 in Birch Tree.
