Saturday the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man from Alton on several felony charges. 61-year-old Timothy Scott Martin was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony delivery of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony keeping or maintaining a public nuisance, felony unlawful use of a weapon and felony unlawful possession of a firearm. He was taken to the Thayer Jail and bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.
