West Plains police arrested a woman Saturday the TLR gun show for trying to steal a firearm. 47-year-old Rachel Gray of San Leandro California was arrested at the West Plains Civic Center and taken to Howell County jail. The arrest came after a vendor reported a gun had been stolen. Officers reviewed the Civic Center Video Surveillance footage which showed a female taking the gun from the vendor’s table and walking away
