A woman from Licking was injured in an accident Thursday afternoon in Phelps County. The highway patrol reports that 26-year-old Keysa Stokes suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and hit an embankment. The accident happened on I-44 at the189 mile marker. Stokes was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
