Saturday the Douglas County Sheriff’s department arrested three people on burglary charges after receiving a call from caretakers of a property near U highway and county road 117. 51-year-old Rhonda Johnson of Ava, 20-year-old Carter Cantrell of Marshfield and 28-year-old Kayla Williams of Ava all face felony burglary charges. Cantrell and Williams both are also charged with felony tampering with a motor vehicle and all three are charged with possession of a controlled substance meth, and unlawful use of a weapon. Their bonds were set at $15,000 each.
