After responding to a call of a suicidal man, the Baxter County Sheriff’s office arrested a man from Gamaliel. 60-year-old Edgar Stratmann was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest, inhaling intoxicants and obstructing governmental operations. He was taken to the Baxter County Jail and bond was set at $25,000.
