A 7-year-old boy from Birch Tree was injured when he ran into a vehicle. The Highway Patrol says the boy had stopped a crosswalk and a vehicle had also stopped, the vehicle begins to pull out and the boy ran across and into the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was a 16-year-old juvenile. The boy was taken to OMC. The accident happened on Old highway 60 in Birch Tree.
