A woman from Clever was arrested on drug charges in Ozark County Monday. The Highway Patrol reports that 22-year-old Halie Spears was arrested on charges of felony possession of meth, a felony Green County warrant for probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Ozark County jail and is being held without bond.
