Two West Plains men charged with murder both had their bond request denied, 32-year-old Joey Allan Marcak and 37-year-old Levi Daniel Gunter are both charged in connection with the double murder of 30-year-old Richard Kuntz and 28-year-old Frankie Ziegler on May 5th. A third defendant, Kyla Croney of Viola has been sentenced to 12 years on the murder charge and 4 years on other charges.
