Two people suffered minor injuries in an accident in Wright County Saturday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that 30-year-old Cody Letterman of Nixa and 33-year-old Amanda Schmidt of Marshfield both suffered minor injuries when Schmidt lost control of the vehicle, drove off the road, hit an embankment and overturned. Schmidt was charged with DWI, and Failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. The accident happened on highway DD about 5 miles northwest of Grove Spring around 3:15 Saturday morning.
