A West Plains man has been arrested on felony assault charges. 22-year-old Anthony Lee Clouser was arrested on charges of first-degree domestic assault with serious physical injury and armed criminal action. Clouser was released on $30,000 bond. The charges are in connection with two domestic disturbance incidents one in October and one earlier this month.
