A teen accused of murder in Baxter County is back in jail after failing a drug test. 18-year-old Baxter Stowers was free on $200,000 bond before failing the test. Is charged in the shooting death of a 41-year-old Salesville man. Stowers remains in jail until a hearing can be held to decide the status of his bond.
