The Missouri State Highway patrol reports the arrest of a man from Independence Missouri Monday morning in Howell County. 31-year-old Charlie Gardner was arrested on a felony Jackson County warrant for burglary/forced entry and also no valid drivers license and speeding. Gardner was taken to the Howell County jail.
