Thayer Police are reporting the arrest of two people from Florida. 42-year-old Michael James Brown of Merrit Island Florida and 43-year-old Roschelle Elizabeth Pittman of Cocoa Florida were both arrested and charged with felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less marijuana and felony unlawful use of a weapon. Their bonds were set at $25,000 each. The two also face charges of criminal attempt theft of property valued at more than $500 while in a state of emergency in Fulton County. Their bond was set at $5,000 on this charge.
