Two people have been arrested in Wright County on child abuse charges after their 6-year-old daughter was found to be malnourished. 28-year-old Latisha Cantrell and 27-year-old Joey Moore both from Mountain Grove are both charged with felony child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
