A pedestrian was killed when he was struck by a vehicle on the Shied Hopper Bypass in Mountain Home Friday. The Arkansas State Police reports that 22-year-old Caleb Wheeler was hit by the pickup at the intersection of Rossi Road. Wheeler was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The Accident happened around 5 pm Friday afternoon.
