Early Sunday morning the Missouri State Highway patrol arrested a man from Eunice on felony charges in Texas County. 36-year-old Robert Williams was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, a felony Texas County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and no driver license. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
