The highway Patrol arrested two people on felony charges Friday in Ripley County. Around 2 Friday afternoon they arrested 37-year-old Misty Millis of Doniphan for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams a Carter County warrant for traffic offenses, a Poplar Bluff warrant for traffic violations. She was taken to the Ripley County jail. Then around 4:20 Friday afternoon they arrested 41-year-old Brian McCollumn of Oxly on a felony warrant for aggravated assault. He was taken to the Ripley County Jail.
