A man from Kansas is being held in Howell County without bond. The highway patrol arrested 32-year-old Douglas Patterson Sunday morning. Patterson is charged with possession of marijuana less than 35 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, he also had a felony probation and parole warrant, and Mountain View PD warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to the Howell County Jail.
