Wednesday Night the Hardy City Council voted to annex land where the new Spring River Dispensary is going to be. The dispensary for medical Marijuana will have room to grow 200 plants. The facility cost $1.5 million and has a security system that cost over $100,000 and features biometrics used at each entry point. To enter the facility, you will have to have a cannabis ID. The annexation includes about 80 acres outside the current city limits.
